Ms. Minyard joined Byrd & Associates, PLC in January 2001. She was born in Tennessee but raised in Ann Arbor Michigan. Teresa lived in Northern California for twelve years, working as a financial assistant for  a real estate developer, securities brokerage firm and a university. When her family moved to Tennessee in 1994, Teresa worked from her home as a Court Transcriptionist for Franklin Court Reporters.


Teresa earned her paralegal diploma in 2003 and is a member of the litigation team and works closely with clients for trial preparation. Having personal knowledge of the legal system in Williamson County, Teresa is uniquely qualified to offer clients information and peace of mind.

Mrs. Osteen joined Byrd & Associates, PLC in 2020. She was born in Medina, Ohio but raised in Tampa, Florida. She attended Florida State University in Tallahassee with a degree in English. Annie moved to Franklin in 2006, after having lived a few years in the Boston area, and has a diverse background in communications and marketing, as well as writing/editing. A past client of Ms. Hood’s, Annie is an integral member of our litigation team, not only because of her organizational, writing, and communication abilities, but also because she is well-equipped to understand and empathize with clients that are experiencing the emotional rollercoaster that divorce and post-divorce litigation can bring about.


Annie lives in Thompson’s Station with her husband, two children, and two fur babies.
